At this date you can skip his spell Axe toss even on Heroic difficulty by step outside arena (green fell cycle fire wall until it will be thrown) Update: on mythic if u place axe out of ring it dont deal dmg but axe still exist even like that skip

Overview – Xathuux the Annihilator's rage increases until he erupts with [Demonic Rage] and gains [Burning Steps].
- Damage Dealers –
  [Burning Steps] leaves damaging pools of fel magic on the ground for a long duration.
  [Axe Toss] targets a random player and applies [Fel Lightning] to all players until the axe is destroyed.
- Healers –
  [Legion Strike] inflicts heavy Physical damage and reduces incoming healing.
  [Axe Toss] targets a random player and applies [Fel Lightning] to all players until the axe is destroyed.
- Tanks –
  [Legion Strike] inflicts heavy Physical damage and reduces incoming healing.
  [Burning Steps] creates damaging pools of fel magic that expand from Xathuux the Annihilator's location and remain on the ground for a long duration.
Demonic Rage – Xathuux the Annihilator flies into a Demonic Rage, inflicting 101690 Chaos damage to all players. While this effect is active, Xathuux gains 75% attack speed, suffers 30% increased incoming damage, and gains Burning Steps for 15 sec.
- Burning Steps – Xathuux the Annihilator spreads fel magic across the ground from his feet inflicting 55930 Fire damage every 1 sec to any players standing in it.
Axe Toss – Xathuux the Annihilator throws his massive axe at the location of a random player inflicting 91521 Chaos damage and interrupting players within 10 yds of the impact. The axe remains on the ground emitting Fel Light until it is destroyed.
- Fel Lightning – Xathuux the Annihilator's axe channels beams of fel lightning at all players inflicting 2542 Chaos damage every 1 sec. This effect stacks.
Legion Strike – Xathuux the Annihilator performs a powerful swing with his axe that inflicts 279648 Physical damage and reduces healing received by 80% for 8 sec.
