Overview – At the start of the encounter and 50% remaining health, Gemellus uses [Triplicate] to create clones that drift around the arena. Gemellus and its clones are bound by a [Synaptic Nexus] and act as one.
- Damage Dealers –
  Gemellus maintains a damage absorb shield until its [Neural Link] is broken.
  
  [Astral Grasp] pulls players towards their respective Gemellus.
  [Cosmic Sting] inflicts heavy damage and creates [Void Secretions].
- Healers –
  Gemellus maintains a damage absorb shield until its [Neural Link] is broken.
  
  [Cosmic Sting] inflicts heavy damage and creates [Void Secretions].
  [Astral Grasp] pulls players towards their respective Gemellus.
- Tanks –
  Gemellus maintains a damage absorb shield until its [Neural Link] is broken.
  
  [Astral Grasp] pulls players towards their respective Gemellus.
  [Cosmic Sting] inflicts heavy damage and creates [Void Secretions].
Triplicate – At the start of the encounter and upon reaching 50% remaining health Gemullus self replicates, creating 2 clones of itself.
- Synaptic Nexus – All Gemellus function as a collective, sharing health.
Neural Link – Gemellus forms a neural link with a player, absorbing damage equal to 20% of its maximum health. The player they are linked to receives 20% more damage for 12 sec.
Players who touch the Gemellus who linked with them before Neural Link expires disrupts the connection, removing Gemellus' damage absorb.
Triplicate – At the start of the encounter and upon reaching 50% remaining health Gemullus self replicates, creating 2 clones of itself.

In Mythic difficulty, Gemellus Triplicates an additional time.
- Synaptic Nexus – All Gemellus function as a collective, sharing health.
Astral Grasp – Gemellus channels a shadowy tendril at a player, inflicting 20338 Shadow damage every 1 sec and pulling the player towards them for 8 sec.
- Cosmic Radiation – Gemellus radiates players pulled within its grasp, inflicting 91521 Shadow damage every 1 sec.
Cosmic Sting – Gemellus stings a player with Cosmic Void, inflicting 61014 Shadow damage and creating a pool of Void Secretions at their location. Inflicts an additional 25423 Shadow damage every 1 sec for 6 sec.
- Void Secretions – Cosmic Sting forms a pool of secretions, inflicting 76268 Shadow damage every 1 sec to players standing within.
