The World Quest Claws for Concern (required to progress on the Friends In Feathers achievement for Blueloo) only returns every 16 days, but when it's active, you'll have 72 hours to work towards the pet. The WQ is one of a few not visible outside of the Emerald Dream zone, so you better keep the scheduled date in mind or check regularly while inside the zone.

When you're on the WQ, all Moonkin Hatchlings will be marked on your minimap with yellow dots with their names and are therefore easy to be found (many are in the caves, but some also outdoors), but when you rescue six of them the Hatchlings and markers will be gone. You could continue by doing the WQ on more characters and rescuing different Hatchlings (it's account-wide) but the easiest way is just to avoid progress on the WQ's objectives by joining/creating a raid group until you rescued all of them.

When you complete the achievement, you won't get an item that teaches the battle pet, Blueloo will be added to your Pet Journal directly.
Similar to Zaralek Cavern, WQs are tied to 4 areas in the Emerald Dream. Every day we get two new WQs with a 3-day duration in one of these areas, Claws for Concern appeared every 4th cycle (every 16 days), so here are some predictions for its next appearances:

November 15, 16 ,17 - 2023
December 1, 2 , 3 - 2023
December 17, 18, 19 - 2023
January 2, 3, 4 - 2024

You cannot just refrain from killing podlings and beakybears and continue to rescue moonies, getting them all in one go.

When you have rescued six moonies, all the moonies will disappear, regardless of whether you've completed the other requirement of the World Quest or not (which is kill 12 podlings or beakybears mix and match).

You absolutely do need to be mindful of which moonies you have already collected and not rescue them again or you won't get the achievement. (...as quickly.)

You can split the achievement up between multiple characters! However, you will need to complete Fire Season and the resulting storyline on each character you want to bring into the Dream to help you rescue moonies. Don't worry it's fairly short.

Achievement: Friends in Feathers

If you ever have an outdoor feast in the Emerald Dream, look out for wild blueloos. A blueloo won't steal your picinic basket, but it will politely ask for some snacks.
