There are 4 of these guys. They come with 4 mortal strike adds. You have 2 options when you try to pull them. You can wait till the adds are about 30% and then pull. However if you want to sap, you can only do that when the mobs are at full health.

A common strategy that I often use for these four pulls is to have the tank pull the Centurion when the four Gladiators reach 40% health (any later and you risk them resetting to full as you pull) and grouping them all up, Thunder Clapping once, and then having the party focus on the Centurion as a Mage or Warlock AoEs the Gladiators. I often do this myself on my Mage, it's pretty simple and speeds up those pulls quite a bit.

These drop the Savagery Enchant (+70 AP). BoP and avaliable to enchanters only. Note that you don't need to have 350 to see the enchant (and loot it) but you must have enchanting as a profession.

The low amount (4) and low drop rate (~1.2%) make this enchant a hard one to get.

I Just did a run and did not get credit for the Shattered Hand Centurion. where were they and how did I miss them?

also how far do I have to go back in to get to these guys?

They are located along the straight between the second and the third bosses.
They are in 4 small alcoves at the sides and so are skipped by many groups.
A good idea in heroic mode is to leave them and come back for them later (in case you miss the execution deadline)

These guys are notoriously difficult on Heroic. It requires a very well geared (and skilled) tank to handle this pull. Additionally CC is a must; in particular sheep. Any mistake can easily result in a party wipe since these guys (and their adds) can easily 1-shot clothies. Try it and you'll understand why most parties ignore these groups.

this mobs appear to be bugged by pulling the left side you would pull the other side having 8 mobs that do mortal strike running loose.

I can confirm the drop rate is significantly higher than shown for the Savagery enchant. Got it while doing the quest to kill 4 of these guys.

If you want to find the actual entrance for "The Shattered Halls" instance (vs using the Dungeon Finder) there is a ramp that goes directly to it, that starts at the North East (top right) part of Hellfire Citadel at coordinates "(Hellfire Peninsula) 48, 47". You will know you are at the right ramp if you look to your right you can see Jakk's Cage about 200 feet away. Go across the ramp and when it splits stay to the right and that's it.
