I have started seeing the Ur'zul in all three colors in bastion in the far north of the eternal forge area. Start off by shooting a beast and Urzul pops in too

Today, Ur'zul is at the opening of the cave for Char in The Slagmire of The Waking Shores. (entrance near /way 31.12, 52.49). This is the first time I've spotted him here, and he's green so I can't interact with him.

Today Ur'zul is in Dragonflight, in a bush on the river bank/fishing area below the Ruby Life Pools in Waking Shores.
Curiouser and curiouser.... Need the Secret Keeping Discorders on this one.

Wasnt sure what this was so I asked in the secret finding discord. Apparently its a Necrolord covenant ability (Fodder to the Flame) that Demon Hunters can summon and sometimes it bugs out and gets stuck in a bush. Not a mount that I was hoping it to be ,but atleast now we all know.
