Click on the Black Bell to summon Eliminator Sotiros and Larionrider Orstus. Only a Kyrian that has channeled anima to the Citadel of Loyalty can click the bell.

Eliminator Sotiros and Larionrider Orstus rare mobs can be found in Bastion.

Location:22.71 22.88
Required for: Adventurer of Bastion
Rare drop:

To trigger Eliminator Sotiros and Larionrider Orstus event you have to be in the kyrian covenant.
In Elysian Hold use Anima Conductor (38.44 68.13) and channel anima to the Citadel of Loyalty. There's a rare mark should appear on the map.
Now travel to there and use teleportation pad at 24.56 22.75 to get to the Black Bell. Interact to the bell to summon both Eliminator Sotiros and Larionrider Orstus.
Rare mobs have linked hp (around 650k hp) and they are very tough, each applies Burden of Rage on you, so you should be mythic geared to solo them.

This is "personal" rare mob, only you can summon it after linking Elysian Hold and the Citadel of Loyalty. But other person can assist you to kill it.

How to summon:

Kyrian Covenant is required to summon them
Players without Kyrian covenant can participate in the fight
Channel Anima Conductor to the Citadel of Loyalty
You will see a Black Bell rare mark on a map

Now you can activate the fight by going to the Citadel of Loyalty
The fight is hard for 1 player, because both rares hit like a truck and have 650k shared hp

Surprised I'm the first to post it but this pair is a reference to another 2-man-boss in Dark Souls.

Larionrider Orstus is a parody of Dragon Slayer Orstein. He wields a javelin and his title references besting winged beasts.
Eliminator Sotiros is a parody of Executioner Smough. He wields a blunt weapon and his title is a synonym of Executioner.
I hope that Sotiros has better eating habits than his Dark Souls inspiration.

If you die, you can't get back, so you need to have someone res you, or accept the res sickness.
Edit: As Byrmaxson mentioned in comments, you can use the nearby rare Dark Watcher to res if it is up, although only one person will get the res.
