Vinespeaker Ratha rare is located in Stormsong Valley The Amber Waves on Kul Tiras isle.
It's in the underground cave near the Amber Waves village west from Brennadam.
You can enter the cave from the hole near the shed, it's north of the Alliance flight master.
It is shaded by a few trees and a small hill, you can see two broken carriages nearby.
Drops Ratha's Thornscepter.

The coordinates are right. if you are horde, its in the cave with the tunnelers and then turn left and there is a cave within the cave

Cave entrance is just south of Farmer Burton, just west of the T intersection in the road.

To find the original cave entrance, look on your map for the 3 part, upside down shaped Y intersection left of the word Brennadam. I was tripped up on a dif post by assuming the T in the road was referencing the intersection halfway between Brennadam & Deadwash. That's way too far away.

Stand on the rock (optional) next to the broken cart w/ corn ears on the ground and wheat icon stamped bags in the cart at the aforementioned intersection. Place yourself so that one of the fields w/ Orc Raiders patrolling is to your right, and the Mechanical farmhands field is to your left, with your back in line w/ the road dividing these 2 fields. You should see a building straight ahead of you with Faithful Watchdogs in the area around the building. Start heading towards that building straight on. You might not have noticed from the intersection based on how your camera was panned, but as you get closer to the building you should see an entrance to a cave, and if you placed yourself appropriately will be set up to head into it. Continue straight into the smaller cave entrance you see once are in the bigger cave entrance. Ta da!

I know this may be more wordy, but without knowing offhand where Farmer Burton and the Alliance flightpath were as I'm horde, and already being deep into Burton's Farmstead when I saw the star for this rare, this was a PIA to follow other directions. The reference to The Amber Waves * almost * helped, except I couldn't remember where I'd gone through that zone.

Also, if you are deep in Burton's Farmstead and basically on top of the star but not seeing a cave, you need to head back to the road to higher ground and follow the directions above. When you are in the lower part next to rocky hill side wondering where the heck this cave is people are speaking of, if you could scale that hillside you would be at the watchdog building where the cave entrances are.

Stand at the flight master and face north. Walk towards wagon with the shield (anchor emblem) leaning against it. Then walk toward torch buried in ground (way 50/68 apx) in front of large covered shed with watchdogs. Walk down into tunnel and head left.

To find Vinespeaker Ratha:

1. Fly to the Amber Waves flight path.
2. Mount up and ride North-Northeast for about 3 seconds until you are standing at 3 large mechanical farmhand golems.
3. Just look around and you will see a hole in the ground right there. There is a large burning torch and a wrecked cart.
4. Go in the hole and kill Ratha.

/way 50.98 68.78 works. But once you are underground, you have to look for the tunnel to go down to a lower level. You also have to watch out - you may aggro PVP guards from above ground, when you are 2 levels down underground. SUCKS. You come out of the tunnel and the PVP guards are coming from a couple hundred yards away.

Yes, very astute! You noticed the HOLE is due SOUTH of the roof landing.

Now, simply go down the winding tunnel to Vinespeaker Ratha

WHY oh WHY does Blizz love to stick mobs in caves? It adds an annoyance level that is not fun by any means to so many quests!

Very hard to find, the location is a cave inside the cave. what makes it harder there is a different cave system , that will take to 2 other named mobs, but is not connected to this NPCs cave. coming from the south look for a broken wagon at 50.99,68.75 go into that cave then follow it to the NPC's cave entrance at 50.76,68.17 she dies spawns and dies quick, so finding her is the hard part.

Easiest cave entrance: on the map, to the left of the word Brennadam there is a fork in the road. At that fork, face north, so the windmill is off to the distance on the left - there is a building to the right. Just before the building itself there is a cave entrance. Enter the cave (kill any necessary mobs), and she will be down the small hill.

I absolutely couldn't find this NPC using most of the earlier comments. Looking for some cave within a cave, I ran around the frustrating cave system nearby, where I had leveled in the past, for 20-30 minutes. Then I started looking around the flight path and found:

It's very close to the flight path, where you can almost see the hole leading underground as soon as you land, except it's behind a tipped-over wagon, in the direction of a friendly building with a teal blue-green roof. Approaching that friendly building, walking past the tipped over wagon, you'll see the big hole in the ground with a big, fiery torch, seemingly saying "HEY, RIGHT HERE!"

You go down that hole, turn to the left and walk into another hole. Maybe that's the cave within a cave someone else mentioned? Either way, this is not complicated, it's a second hole after a first hole, no wandering around looking for it. You walk straight down that second hole and she's right there, casting the Thornshaping spell, green orbs circling her hands.

If you happen to walk down the *other* first hole leading down to the second hole where she is, that second hole is directly in front of you.

Very easy kill once I actually found her.

CAVE IS UNDER THE HOUSE AT 51.67. THERE WILL BE A ROCK AND A BROKEN CART WITH CORN EARS DIRECTLY BEHIND YOU.
