She is in the same tunnel as WANTED:Sanaar just go up the stairs and you will see the star on the map assuming the quest is open. This quest can be completed in a raid group. Happy hunting.

Scythemaster Cil'raman has 45,727,748 health and can be found in Falanaar Tunnels, at 57.0, 53.6. It's the relatively small circular room connected to the hallway that encircles the large circular room from which you can peer up at the sky outside.

It may also be worth noting that the direction that the World Quest Tracker addon gives you is waaaay off. Don't trust it.

Scythemaster Cil'raman is located in Suramar.
Coordinates: 60.0, 58.2 - Suramar,
Flight point: Irongrove Retreat - Alyndra Stormgazer
TomTom: /way Suramar 21.3, 43.4 Falanaar Tunnels

- the coordinates in the Falanaar Tunnels are different from those outside, so use the TomTom coordinates to Cil'raman only in the tunnels.

If you start at the "Irongrove Retreat", cross the road southwards to the "Ambervale" and then turn right to Falanaar. Climb down to the "Falanaar Tunnels" by following the spider net and keep to the right. Go down the stairs and the opposite stairs back up and then turn left into the room, there is Scythemaster Cil'raman.

None of the directions in here (including the coordinates) worked for me.

If you know where Broodmother Shu'malis is (she's in the room where one of the Falaanar leyline feeds are so if you've been playing the game at all you should know where she is). Scythemaster is in the big circular room directly to the right of her (facing her).

When you go down in the hole, don't go all the way to the bottom! Only go to the middle level down, and exit the spider web bridge (54.4, 37.2). Head to the right, down stairs and then up stairs opposite. Just on the left is the big room where the Scythemaster is!

Switch the map to the first Falanaar Tunnels on the list for the waypoint.
