Level 60 requirement is so dumb... I know so many, myself included, who did the dungeon solo before 60.
!@#$s. Devs seem like younger, stingy businessmen now, not gamers that know how to make a game fun.
They want to stop power leveling at any cost. They hate that for some reason immensly.
Just disable it for parties not at the required level. Same with the XP nerfs. It's only really needed for parties as solo players should get the $%^&ing credit.
I don't really see a problem with this. The interface lists higher levels required than the supposed "stealth" changes would introduce. So, anyone following the UI wouldn't have an issue.Power leveling and being brought in at earlier levels than the content is designed for is precisely the reason for the change. That's not what they want us to do and they're removing paths to get around that restriction.

Man this season just gets worse and worse.
My guess would be to prevent leveling how I did...I finished the campaign at 36 with the help of my friend, and then he power leveled me through the Tier 3 Capstone dungeon, by me standing at the entrance and him killing everything. Then got world tier 4 unlocked the same way, then he leveled me from 40-50 in like 3 or 4 Tier 4 dungeons.
Got sidetracked a lot with side quests so I completed World Tier III capstone easily at 56 on my Thorns Rend Barb. Attempted the World Tier IV capstone at 56 and failed. Tried again at level 59 and beat the capstone. My build wasn't even that good. Definitely no reason to set the level requirement at 60, if there has to be one then I suggest level 50 for skilled players.
No problem with the change. But why undocumented? It surely would have drawn less negative reaction if they were transparent about it. Players are not blind...we will always find out.
