Firelands Trinket Tuning

The Hungerer - Haste reduced by 5%.

Necromantic Focus - Mastery reduced by 20%.

Matrix Restabilizer - Stats reduced by 5%.

Vessel of Acceleration - Crit reduced by 10%.

These things were far, far too strong for how ludicrously rare they were. And them being able to roll random sockets made matters even worse.

Having BiS gear be relatively rare is fine.
