that looks fake. look at the spacing between "45" and "7" in the item level. looks photoshopped badly.
Ion said this expac was all about Evokers and they really aren't kidding. I expect them to get something special each season this expac.

Now here's me being pessimistic... the proc on this is either extremely undertuned or just sucks ass.Think about it, 500 primary stat is nice but less than a weapon enchant, and 600 speed is like 6% movement speed.For a 457 LEGENDARY item, if they really wanted this to be badass, it should be 5000 primary stat and 5000 speed for 10 seconds.That would be !@#$ing cool.500 primary and speed just seems incredibly underwhelming for a LEGENDARY "OMG IM A DRAGON IVE DISCOVERED MY ORIGIN MY HIDDEN POWAAHHHH" weapon.
