Remember when "early beta access" actually meant something rather than just a few days before launch?
The pricing is steep. Whenever you imagine a price for a game you can add 10 to it and think blizzard will probably charge that amount. But blizzard just adds another 10.Considering how much I overpaid an d2i I will definitely not be happy to pay that amount for d4. I will pay it, just not happily. And the whole early access, I mean if you care about that sort of thing you will pre-order anyways.
Good stuff, since it's not a MMORPG it's w/e.They can use the funds to support their promise of a "army of devs" working on the game post launch to ensure we keep getting content/seasons.So i'm ok with it, afterall 4 days means nothing in the grand scheme of things.
Does this really need a whole news article?
why battle pass? is a 70euro game not some d immortal garbage
has a battle pass? DOA
Remember guys, you're not starting 4 days early. The unworthy poor people are starting 4 days late.
€70 game AND a season pass? And here I was hoping that the Diablo franchise would redeem itself.
We have to pay extra.... to beta test the game for you?€90 base game with 4 day headstartPremium Battle PassCash ShopPlatinum Premium Currency (Warcraft doesn't have this, they let you buy cosmetic mounts with direct USD)AND expansions that will be at least €60 each.I would rather pre-order FF16, even their deluxe edition with a 'sword skin'. At least I know they wont add any p2w because it's an offline game.
Blizz has to specifically point out “up to 4 days,” because they will get people crying for a refund when the servers and/or game don’t work right… hint they won’t
can only hope microsoft deal is done until then and the premium pass is included in gamepass LOL
Can't wait to see that in game pay to win store
Great article lulHow to get early access ? Here’s how. Money.
