Alchemy cracked as always then?
There is an embellishment that you can craft into your gear that gives you the increased duration from the alchemy tree if you are not an alchemist.
I don't quite get how they managed to make alch+engi even higher above everything else but here we are.
Can rogues still activate Flask of the Solemn Night ?
I hope the day comes in which I can actually chose my professions. The fact that cr is always tied to engineering just forces us m+ players to take that. Kinda sad tbh.
Glad that I won't have to think too much and I can just stick to Alchemy and Engi as usual. I would never change Engi because of all the quality of life stuff but it's good that Alchemy is still useful even at rank 0.
Sigh. Alch+Engi will make you broke and complain about the equipment progression just like it did for all of Shadowlands. And the benefits really aren't there. EG "Saving money with extra long phials" -- This is just fake advice tbh, if you had herbalism and farm 30mins a day you will have a lot more gold than you saved from double duration flasks. Wyrmhole is less valuable than ever, not only because dragon riding but also there are literal teleporting waypoints you get thru the campaign, as well as teleportation items like the one that brings you right to the moving centaur camp wherever it happens to be. Meanwhile Wyrmhole is random until you've spent a ton of knowledge, and then you won't be able to make anything else. Knowledge is frontloaded but not respeccable -- so if you waste it on something impulsive like this article recommends, Be aware you will either need to roll another alt or grind out weeks of dailies to expand what you can craft and do. And now we have paladins with BR, and wasn't there a way for non engineers to get a version of the battle rez? This article also doesn't cover any of the other trade skill benefits, EG jewelcrafting has a BOP consumable which drops a little statue, that provides a primary stat buff, then a primary stat penalty when it expires (so you try to time it with the penalty going between pulls or w/e)If you ONLY do M+ and nothing else, and only care about pushing world record high keys, this article is probably good. But as advice for anyone playing all forms of content I just don't think going alch/engi on every character is the play. I watched y'all do this to yourselves in SL, then complain about how much money you were giving to crafters. Don't do this to yourselves again :)
Sticking With LW and JC on my main and skin/mine on my farmer.... Not worth the 1 month of benefits these give.
Does anyone know if the Court of Stars buffs still use the Legion profession levels or are they Dragonflight now? And what skill level do they require?I remember having to level Legion skills for time walking and need to know if that’s still a thing. Couldn’t find it mentioned anywhere.
I will add that Halls of Infusion has mushrooms you can click with Herbalism that gives the party a buff that removes diseases and it has been a life saver on my druid.
