At 83% and counting lol.
At 12%, I should've started it sooner but I didn't lol
Finished "watching" my muted tab, and did link my account, but it seems like the reward is delayed. No big deal of course, as long as it isn't delayed until after this drop is available lol.
Watched, earned and claimed but hasn't shown-up in game yet... not clear if it is meant to be immediate or it is delayed until the drop window has finished.
The Blizzard website says it can take up to 24 hours to get your drop.https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-us/news/23873861/dragonflight-twitch-drops-earn-the-dragon-kite-pet-now"After you’ve claimed your rewards on Twitch, please make sure you’re logging into the Battle.net region you’d like to receive the drop(s) on, as the first region you log into will be where your items will be delivered. It can take up to 24 hours to receive your reward(s) in game after claiming. Read our Frequently Asked Questions section for more information."
Anyone know how to get it after you claim it? Was not showing up in my game
How do we get the drop after we hit claim? Are we going to get a code in email? Are we going to get it in the in game mail? Or will it just show up in your pet section once you get?
Even easier, just click your portrait in the upper right corner in Twitch while watching a stream and there's a progress bar under "Drops & Rewards" in the menu that pops up.
I'm not seeing on my Twitch profile. My battle.net account shows it's linked to my twitch account. I'm logged into that account on Twitch. I'm viewing a channel that has the drop enabled. I can see the drop in the "All Campaigns" section, but not in the "Inventory" section. There's just nothing there. Are there any problems with this on Linux? I looked that up and someone said in a 3 year old reddit thread that you can get it on any platform, but OP wasn't getting drops for days.
For someone who is a bit clueless about twitch this article is great. Thank you :)
Thanks for the information, it helps us newer twitch viewers who aren't that familiar with the site yet.
So, does anybody already have this pet in WoW itself? I mean I wouldnt complain about a 24 delay if the event itself wouldnt be on such a short time frame. But just something like a broken hard disc etc and the item is gone. Are there really actual people checking if the claim is correct manualy? :D Not that Im an IT guy expert, but it still makes me wonder why the reward doesnt show up immediately.
I'm glad to see Blizz finally getting on board with Twitch drops and supporting the content creators, but 4 hours for a pet/toy? That's double what most games/devs require. And what about the purchase we have to make to get the battle pet? I don't mind supporting the WoW commentators that provide us info. But this feels kind of forced versus in the past there was a battle pet that the proceeds went to a charity. Now we're supporting the WoW commentators with the give "2 gift subs" @ $4.99 each - almost the same as buying that charity battle pet Blizz. . . So it's costing us time and money? Or am I missing something?Convenient how the cost is never mentioned in all the hype of look at the Twitch Drop we're giving you!
After claiming the dragon kite in twitch and a 24 hour delay I have received the dragon kite in game. It appears in your pet collections tab as a gift which you can unwrap.Seems like the twitch drops are working but do have a 24 hour delay to receive it in game.
Oh no =(I thought it said the mount drop was THROUGH December 2nd... I need another hour FML
