Hopefully, the World Tier partitioning doesn't segment players to the point that they struggle to complete midtier open world bosses and MMO-style challenges.

Man those legendary effects look gash. Thought they would have learned from their mistakes in D3 but clearly not. Another game polluted with useless legendries to slow your build acquisition down.
Basically Sword Art Online. 100 floors, defeat each boss to ascend. Neat!
Yeah I have to echo what others are saying, these legendary effects are lackluster. Granted we haven’t seen all of them but one would expect they would showcase the best they have and if that’s the case we’re in trouble. And of course even if there are better ones out there or more get added the loot pool will still be diluted with garbage tier items.
The legendary effects shared in that image must be for Sorcerer only. Anyway, it's not entirely representative of how all legendary items are for all classes on the Closed Beta. Can't talk about that really because of NDA, but I will at least say is that the bullet point on "when you find the one item that lets you tackle more challenging content" is very, very, very true IMO. This makes the last Wowhead article on Diablo IV skill trees seem a little backwards, because some of those bullet points from the developers suggest you can figure out the feel for a class playstyle early on, but here the developers are sharing the customization for stuff is layered and you'll need to be level 50+ and multiple difficulty tiers in to really capture how a class will feel.
people bad talking about diablo 3 and praising diablo 2 as a god sent gift.it's nostalgia talking, no real understanding.i never played diablo 2, only 3. so it doesn't bother me.people who call themselves "fans" are so stuck under their rocks that if someone try to show any new light, they go crazy.i don't think the legendary effects are wonderful, but i won't say it's bad. i'm satisfied enough to not cry about every little thing like every self declared "fan".people just say "this idea is stupid, change it". but NEVER give any helful insight. they are all critics, but all useless.
