Please delete this, no one ever wants to be stunned
This looks way more reasonable than what we had before, example of a good affix that you can gain benefit from and you can play around it with clean play.Now permanently delete Bolstering, Necrotic, Fort, and Tyrannical and we're in real business.
How will this work in a 5man grp? Only 4 debuffs go out?

Can’t wait to get uncontrollably stunned as a tank mid big pull and the mobs just nuke the team. Fun.
Keep the damage, drop the stun, add a ramping % kiss instead of flat 15%; go from 5-10-15-20-25-Overload so that people are rewarded for playing dangerously. Also, with 5 players and only 2 pairs of debuffs, it means 1 person -always- gets stunned.
Let me get this straight, there's an 8 second unavoidable stun in Mythic+? I'm not sure that's going to be well recieved at all.
5 people in a group, 2 pairs? Did blizz forget basic math? or will one person always get stunned.
This shounds decent, actually, but what bothers me is that there is an odd number of players in a dungeon, so one person is gonna be stunned each time? That kinda sucks for them

This is going to be an absolute nightmare. I can already see people whinging and throwing tantrums when another player prematurely ends their buff or melee are stacked too tight and auto-pop their buffs
Depending on how often we get the dmg buff this actually can be pretty good and not that bad
