Wow, so im forced to use Healing Surge as a resto shaman every 40secs? While its nearly never used in a raid?
I'm really not sure how this is gonna compare to regular one-handed spell caster weapons for healers.The effect is cool and unique, but traditionally speaking healers have always benefited more from just raw stats than from proc or on use effects. The healer themself doesn't benefit from the buff (unless they heal themselves of course), and unless the different procs can be fished for reliably (such as only giving the target avoidance if they they currently taking AOE damage, or giving the target leech if they are currently dealing very high damage or healing), I see the proc effects having to be comparatively very strong to make up for the lost secondary stats.If the weapon doesn't lose secondary stats, well then it's just straight up BiS.
