Isn't this still very bugged?
It was bugged for the first couple of weeks: chest was there and shadowy without the lamp, get there with lamp and chest is now gone.It was hotfixed about a month ago and it worked for me. Worked perfectly fine for me when I grabbed this earlier today, so hopefully not bugged anymore for anyone else (unless some phasing might mess with it).
I haven't used it in a couple of weeks but the pipes were bugged themself. Whenever you would use them it would remove your casting animations untill a /reload. Wouldn't surprise me if the bug was still there
Worked great for me, I don't think it's bugged anymore :) Goes so well with the harp! I hope there are more instruments!
Don't see any lamp under those cords. Is it me or is it game ?
Knowing Blizzard, the 12 second CD was supposed to be 12 hours. Obviously an unintended bug! /s
I just completed this, and it is working correctly. The faerie lamp is a small, triangular lamp on the ground against the wall inside the wooden circular structure. Your cursor turns into a hand when you hover directly on top of it.You are highly likely to encounter possessed fae in both locations, so you will need to stealth, use an aggro-drop ability (eg, feign death or invisibility), or fight a few mobs.The best way to get there is to fly to Claw's Edge and use the roads as much as possible. The path from the Gormhide mushroom is going to take you past these dust elementals that can be a pain to deal with.Thank you for this post, Neryssa! Very happy to have my fae pipes toy! =)
I can confirm that it is working. I just completed it and now can charm others with the sweet melodies of my Fae Pipes.
