This makes sense, but I'm still ready for people to be mad about it.
This makes no sense it only hurts middle to upper ranged players. People who were doing stuff above +10's are basically unaffected while people who can do 10's as their max just get screwed over a bit. Blizz is really wonky with all these changes hopefully it's a bug but, if it is you definitely won't get any of that gear fixed anytime soon.
I find it weird that M+10 and M+11 runs were dropping 203ilvl from chests last week until the maintenance hit two days ago that those runs suddenly started dropping 207ilvl items instead since Tuesday. I thought it was because of the mythic week or something so we get higher ilvl items from M+ runs. I didn't think it as a bug at first. Guess they reverted it.
I guess it smooths out the progression instead of having 5 levels of 207 ilvlno biggie in the long run for us since we plan to push to 15s anyway. I imagine in the grand scheme of things that's what will happen

if this is the case they should make the 207s people got hotfixed down to 203 then. seems fair
I don't know why they're determined to make M+ so unrewarding. A 40% chance to get an item coupled with at times terrible affixes.
Should 9's be giving 203's as well if the pattern is to hold? 2 keys being 203 and 3 being 207 does not quite seem logical to me. Maybe 12's as well?

Great overall change it was pointless to farm 12-14's when I could do 10's way easier. But slightly irate that I didn't get a chance to farm M+ since everyone was raiding first day of reset.Wish they pushed it back to reset to give a better playing even playing field since this week's +12's are exponentially more annoying than +10's to farm.
Odd way to spell ''work your ass off more than you do in a HC raid and get #$%^ all''. As a healer, +20 minutes of clenched ass and sweat in M+ are a lot more challenging than 3-5 minute attempts and maybe 2-3 hours spent/wasted.
