These look awesome! I've been thinking for some time that the old tabards could really do with a rework because they really don't have much detail, sadly. Even Guild tabards aren't something you can be proud to wear since they're very low res and the choice of images is not great. :(Diablo III's system of having unlockable images/patterns was pretty good. They could relate Solo/Guild achievements to unique patterns and images that would possibly encourage more content exploration?
Finally. There've been belts that didn't have the standard shape since vanilla, and tabards have always looked dumb with them. I know there's dozens of tabards, but it'd be great to see all the old ones get touched up. I really like these too. The Maldraxxus one will go perfect with the cloth set from there.
Holy &*!@ ! I'm hyped again for tabards :D They used to be on paar with Mounts in my mind for things to collect with reputations, through TBC. Then Wrath kinda cheapened them because they became not the reward, but a way to get other rewards. And ever since I've always felt like tabard models were kinda "meh". This is good though ! They're really beautiful.

I hope they add this extra layer of detail to all other tabards. It doesn't have to be incredible, just fill in that space with something that connects to two halves. Especially for say the Ebon Blade tabard which has the sword split between the top and bottom.
OMG I love the ascended. Love how it is complete and no need for a belt! I hope they update the current ones in the future so they can be worn without belts too.
