Effectively the same thing. WoW's base game is free now, so by spending $20 for BfA on a secondary license, you get a boost you can use on your 'main' one.Comment by Charles082986Comment by BoilingHeartGoddammit I got SO excited at $20 character boosts but this was really misleading. I had the option to use all 3 boosts on one account if I wanted. I chose to use 1 per account.

I have to agree the title is a little click bait. I saw the $20 boost and clicked only to see it was the expansion on sale.
