Oof, the wording of that headline is super misleading since it doesn't mention BfA at all, just makes it sound like boosts are on sale.
So this is only really valid if you don't already have BFA. I thought it meant that you could buy the mounts or boosts seperately.
I just tried and it told me i already have the expansion and cant buy it again.
Goddammit I got SO excited at $20 character boosts but this was really misleading. It's only for people who *don't* have BFA, and you can't just buy BFA multiple times, I just checked. Character boosts are still $60, there is no boost sale at all. PLEASE change the title
The title is misleading. I hope is just an error and not a clickbait intent.
Just tried it on a starter account, and it works. Just buy BFA for it for $20, but don't add game time, the 110 boost will appear on your main account on the login screen.
I have 4 accounts under the same Battle.net account. I bought BFA on 3 of them when BFA was released. I had the option to use all 3 boosts on one account if I wanted. I chose to use 1 per account.I have to agree the title is a little click bait. I saw the $20 boost and clicked only to see it was the expansion on sale. Guess I could buy BFA for my 4th account.
Add a new wow account to your bnet account and put $20 BFA on there. The boost is added to your b.net account and can be used on your main wow account.
Huh, really confusing........Maybe add a tip or something in the article how to add a level boost to your main account with BfA already owned?
I wonder why it is that Classic, TBC and Wrath's CE pets are never re-sold but it seems like MoP-onward is fair game
Anyone know if it's possible to obtain RAF items for cheaper using these discounts? Not 100% sure how it all works.
