Class and Spell Changesclicking hereHighlights

A few new and changed Anima powers for Druids, Hunters, and Paladins.
Wording changes and a small buff to the Hunter Covenant ability Wild Spirits.
Priest Shadow Word: Death now deals 100% increased damage to targets below 20%.
Several Warlock spell changes mentioned in the previous Bluepost have made their way into this build.
Arms Warrior Mastery changed.
Several Warrior talent and spell changes, including the return of Single Minded Fury (dual wielding one handed weapons).

Class Changes & Blue PostsWarlock

Demonic Gateway no longer despawns when the Warlock dies. Instead, it will slowly fade away once its close to despawning.
Affliction:
Unstable Affliction limit returned to 1 target, as the devs felt like spreading dots to multiple targets was difficult.
Haunt now also applies Shadow Embrace.

Demonology:

Summon Demonic Tyrant received a new rank at level 52, where it generates 5 Soul Shard when used.
Call Dreadstalkers received a new rank at level 54, with a reduced cast time and they can now charge towards their target.
Demonic Consumption now no longer sacrifices your active Imps, instead draining 15% of their current health and empowering itself based on the amount of health drained.

Destruction:

Grimoire of Supremacy is changed to Rain of Chaos - When your initial Infernal is active, each Soul Shard spent has a 15% to summon an additional Infernal with a 10-second duration.
Roaring Blaze now causes Conflagrate to also increase all Fire damage dealt by the Warlock to be increased by 30% for 6 seconds.
Shadowburn is changed from a Shard generator to a Shard spender - Deals more damage for one Soul Shard. Has a high Critical Strike chance against low-health mobs.

WarriorHighlights

Arms

Mastery: Deep Wounds no longer scales damage and instead causes bleeding targets to take increased damage, thereby allowing Deep Wounds to contribute a much smaller percentage of damage done in relation to direct strikes.
Execute no longer inflicts Deep Wounds, retaining Mortal Strike in the sub-20% rotation to maintain the damage increasing mastery debuff. Because Deep Wounds lasts 12s now, it won't need to be used strictly on cooldown, leaving Execute as the main rage spender at the end of encounters.
Cleave once again has a cooldown and now replaces Sweeping Strikes, but no longer requires three targets or Whirlwind to be used first. This makes the ability a tool for enabling the Deep Wounds debuff rather than a major source of damage. It also now benefits from the damage bonus from Overpower, competing with Mortal Strike.
Collateral Damage has been redesigned with a more creative effect to make it appealing outside of pure 2-target situations.
once again replaces Bladestorm and inflicts Deep Wounds, but has a lower cooldown to better compete with Bladestorm.

Fury

Single-Minded Fury returns alongside Titan's Grip, allowing Fury Warriors to dual wield one-handed or two-handed weapons.
Several talents have been added, removed, changed places, or redesigned.
Recklessness now generates 40 rage on use, thereby better allowing players to open with Rampage when used alongside Charge.
Collateral Damage has been redesigned with a more creative effect to make it more appealing outside of pure 2-target situations.

Protection

Dragon Roar and Ravager have been updated similar to Arms and Fury.
Ignore Pain now caps at 2x value (up from 1.3x)

Expanded Potential - Your Fireball, Frostbolt and Arcane Blast have a chance to give you Expanded Potential, which causes your next Hot Streak, Brain Freeze or Clearcasting to not be consumed. 3+Haste RPPM
Disciplinary Command - Casting a Frost, Fire and Arcane spell within 10 sec of each other increases your Critical Strike damage of all your spells by 10%. This effect can only occur once every 30 sec.
Grisly Icicle - Your Frost, Fire, and Arcane damage against enemies affected by Frost Nova is increased by 10% and no longer breaks it.

Temporal Warp - While you have Temporal Displacement or other similar effects, you may use Time Warp at a reduced effectiveness, granting 15% Haste for 20 sec.

Single Minded Fury

NEW While dual-wielding a pair of one-handed weapons, your damage done is increased by 8% and your movement speed is increased by 5%.
Titan's Grip Allows you to dual-wield a pair of two-handed weapons. Two-handed weapons deal more damage, and provide more Strength and Stamina, than one-handed weapons.

Comment by SaracaliaAs a Destruction Warlock main, I still wish that we could have our Summon Infernal back as a pernament pet through the talent option or atleast make Rain of Fire cost mana again instead of 3 soul shards. It is our AOE that needs more.

If you make once if its main damage abilities a single target spec, why not just play destro?

The point of afl lock is to be a AoE / Cleave caster ( with some options to burst single target )

THANK GOD Finally my fury is returning. I hated how they removed the original fury and forced you to be a titan's grip user. I fought with one handers even when titan's grip was (due to stats) considered much better in wrath too only for them to just outright make me unable to play my class with two one handers. GOOD. Thank you!
