Patch 8.3 PTR Build 32593 Datamining Recap - Dottie, Legendary Transmog, Brutosaur Removal

Corruption Changes: New Cascading Disaster Effect at 60, Creeping Death Moved to 80: When the PTR came up, we noticed a new 60 Corruption effect has been added called Cascading Disaster and a new tier at 80 Corruption.

Corruption Weapon Nerfs: The Blood DK Corrupted Weapon and 2H Agi staff have been nerfed in the latest build.

Ny'alotha Loot

Carapace of N'zoth and N'zoth Encounters Drop 10 Item Level Higher Loot: In this build, the Carapace of N'zoth and N'zoth encounters have had their loot upgraded and will now drop gear that is 10 item levels above the rest of the instance, including Azerite Armor. As Titanforging has been removed, these two encounters are currently the only source of 485 gear in Patch 8.3.

Your "Best" Trait Will Be on Every Piece of Ny'alotha Azerite Armor: We've taken a look at the Ny'alotha Raid Azerite Armor, and it seems that Blizzard has attempted to hand-pick a strong Azerite Trait for every spec and has placed it as an option on every piece of Ny'alotha Azerite Armor.

Transmog / Appearances

Transmog Legendary Weapons and Armor in Patch 8.3 Visions of N'Zoth: At BlizzCon 2019, Blizzard announced that legendaries would be transmoggable in Shadowlands. They've moved this up a bit, with legendaries transmoggable on the 8.3 PTR--and most bypass class restrictions!

New Horrific Vision Mask Transmogs: New Mask transmogs have been found in this PTR build which relate to the Horrific Vision masks!

Death Knight Eye Glows for All Races: Our PTR Dressing Room now depicts Death Knight eye glows for ALL races, as Allied Races and Pandaren can be Death Knights with pre-purchase of Shadowlands.

Allied Races

New Vulpera Racial Increases Bag Size: We've found a new vulpera racial in our datamining for the 8.3 PTR which increases backpack size! The Alpaca Saddlebags Racial now replaces the old Vulpera Survival Kit Racial.

Mounts and Pets

Mighty Caravan Brutosaur Not Purchasable in Shadowlands - Added to Black Market AH Instead: The latest PTR build added a new Feat of Strength for the Reins of the Mighty Caravan Brutosaur. A blue post confirmed that the Brutosaur mount will not be purchasable from their original vendors in Shadowlands and beyond, but will instead be added to the Black Market Auction House.

Dottie the Baby Alpaca - Charity Pet Model: Dottie the Baby Alpaca was announced during the BlizzCon 2019 Opening Ceremony. This baby alpaca is not only incredibly adorable, but all purchases of this pet will go towards the Make-a-Wish Foundation and WE.org!
