Don't bother with this guide. Too many errors to be reliable.
A really simple rotation, but you'll be surprised how many people are good at doing it.

I was hoping to see something about kiting, which was the only reason to take a hunter anywhere. I well remember being a bad hunter and not knowing how to kite.
