Season 3 Mythic+ Affix Beguiling Details and Information

Emissaries and their DecreesEnchanted EmissaryQueen's Decree: BlowbackEnchantedEnchanted

All nearby allies in the radius of the arcane bubble will be affected by Queen's Decree: Blowback which reflects 200% of damage dealt back at the target.

You'll want to use Enchanted by having a player knock the Enchanted Emissary out of range of the other mobs before killing them.

The Emissary itself does not apply the 200% Reflect damage aura to itself.

Enchanted Emissary

When the Enchanted Emissary reaches 0 energy it will cast Teleport: The Eternal Palace, removing it from the dungeon permanently.

Void-Touched EmissaryVoid Sight

This deals Shadow damage equal to 50% targets' health to enemies in line of sight within a 60 yard radius.

This ability triggers Queen's Decree: Hide increasing Shadow damage dealt by 50% and stacks making subsequent hits of Queen's Decree: Hide hit harder.

Teleport: The Eternal PalaceEmissary of the TidesQueen's Decree: Unstoppable

All nearby allies are afflicted by Queen's Decree: Unstoppable making them immune to crowd control effects.

This includes interrupts, silences, disorients, stuns, dazes, incapacitates, sleeps, snares, slows, and roots.

Teleport: The Eternal PalaceEmissaries and Wipes

Enchanted Emissary will only drain energy while in combat. The energy drain will pause until it's engaged in combat again.

The Void-Touched Emissary will retain its health on a wipe and drop all stacks of Queen's Decree: Hide.

Emissary of the Tides will reset its health to full on a wipe.

One Enchanted Emissary is present in the pack with two Feasting Skyscreamers on the way to Rezan (left).

One Void-Touched Emissary is present in the first pack on the top right with Reanimated Honor Guard.

Another Void-Touched Emissary is present in the 5 pack with the Golem (that no one pulls) on the top left.

One Emissary of the Tides is present in the second 3 pack on the top left with Dazar'ai Augur, Dazar'ai Confessor, Dazar'ai Juggernaut.

What is the new Season 3 mythic dungeon affix like?

Hazzikostas: Beguiling represents the minions of Queen Azshara invading the dungeons of Kul Tiras and Zandalar. There are three types of handmaidens that will be present in a variety of pulls in different configurations from week to week.

There's one that has shadow power, one that is arcane, and one that is frosty. They have fun, different effects that will change the way you approach certain pulls. They'll make it so that certain pulls that you probably haven't done in the last five months, because you always skip them, you might actually have to do.

This is just boring and stupid.

First mob you just stick a DPS on it til it vanishes. Yawn.
Second mob doesn't even work in every situation unless you have a point to LoS, which there's no way you always will have access to a LoS-breaking area, so you resort to nuking it down.
Third mob... you just nuke it down and it disables CCs.

THIS is their master plan to fixing M+? Honnestly it's fell pretty Meh. And making some pack unskipable only by adding true sight mechanics fells so sad. Saisonal affixes should be kiss and curse affixe imo. See you in saison 4 :/Comment by SoifonI see some people saying it is easy but these people lie to themselves.Maybe it is easy TO THEM ( I very much doubt ) but to find a competent player doing what he/she is supposed to do ( I've met far more Demon Hunters that dont know they can purge or intrerrupt at all what they should than those who do......something like every 10 Demon Hunters 1 knows his/her job).

Furthermore there are competent players that just leave after the 1st wipe which , in my opinion , is worse than the noobs that listen to you and do what they have to do.I've had +15 runs in Legion where , despite the key getting depleted , I had fun because people listen when they are told what they are doing wrong.Obviously , I learn alot from such runs like what I can do better and I receive feedback on what I am not.The worst kind of players are the noobs that dont listen and leave.

I had a tank that instantly left when I said that the heal of the mobs in Shrine of Storms is like a regrowth , it heals a portion and it leaves a HoT.I had another tank that had a problem with me choosing the wall to the right(which was next to him and closer but far enough to avoid the cone attack) instead standing by the cageribs , at the 2nd boss in The Underrot.

So , yeah , what I am trying to say with all this is that there are more %^&*!@bags in game than decent players and among the @#$%^&bags there are more noob &*!@#$bags than competent $%^&*!bags.This affix wont be easy for alot of groups.Comment by SuperbosonLET OTHER CLASSES SHINE IN M+ ! :) sry for caps.Comment by Pyrite13What happens when we don't have anything to use for LoS? 60 yards range is a LOT to run away.Comment by sinangelusAnother proof Blizzard is balancing around MDI in mind instead of average player. In MDI it's gonna be again some form of "clever skips" or designated player pull and kite dangerous mob away and everyone working like clockwork. Your average +10 group from pug finder? Have fun, people barely know what should be focused or interrupted, let's add more variables to make stuff even more overcomplicated. This is worse than infested where you just needed 1 cc capable player with a brain.

Since the new mobs require extra knowledge how to handle them efficiently, prepare for extreme r.io elitism in the group finder. Reaping you could kinda "wing it", but in season 3 who's gonna give a chance to a newbie? Well, m+ boosters will be happy, more customers for them...Comment by omedon666Don’t PUG M+. This was always meant to be “friends and recurring, scheduled teams” content.

There is a perfectly viable and robustly supported solo and/or self-enabled main thoroughfare of the game. Any venture into LFG for M+ is at your own risk.

Accepting this solves so much and prevents so much overreaction and negativity. Y’all just calm down about your io and preferred class stuff.
