Classic continues to gather pace with a chaotic stress test/party... but are players remembering Vanilla as being much HARDER than it actually was? Meanwhile the Gift of N'zoth has started whispering to players in BfA and more and more NPCs are converting to our tentacle overlord... does this mean 8.2 is now imminent? All this plus the new PvP essences and a look at recent interviews with J Allen Brack where where he admits there *MAY* have been some communication issues last Blizzcon.

So true. Also all the whispers are tagged as vo_815_nzoth_01_m.ogg 1 threw 10 if you wana hear them. I think the script is
/script PlaySoundFile("Sound\\Creature\\nzoth\\vo_815_nzoth_01_m.ogg")

PS. just tested it in game and interestingly its translated to common vs just pulling the files via wow model view they are old god speak. At lest on my warlock that did the quest but got cleansed.

Edit: I had the wrong files sry there under Nzothfish mon_82_nzothfish_whispers_offset_periodic_attack_01.ogg

Edit 2: turns out you can't play them in game. This is what happens when you post b 4 tests sry, but you can play them via pulling them out with Wow Model viewer.Comment by lankybritGreat stuff. Loved the stuff about Classic. Never played back then, so it will be interesting to see.Comment by dysmalI tried to log into the stress test and was not able to. I was not mad about it, but when all of the streamers could, it looks a bit fishy. If even one of the big names couldn't have gotten in, then I would have believed it was truly just random. Could you imagine the fallout if Asmongold or Swifty would have failed on getting access? I have yet to hear of a big name streamer having problems. It was staged, I understand why, I'm even okay with it, just don't lie about.

That said, I hope Blizzard was able to gleam valuable info with the stress test and make the actual launch go smoother. If invited, I will try again on the next stress and be happy whether I am able to get in or not.
