In light of certain things that have been discussed recently about the relationship between Activision and Blizzard this topic ... (listed above and quoted here): - Cinematics are one of the strongest teams at Blizzard and everyone is really proud of them. Cinematics like the ones we have for BFA are really complicated to make and they can't tell if there will be more.-... is worrying. The gossip has been that Activision is moving to cut costs at Blizzard and the fear is that this will affect the quality of the game moving forward. It is not unreasonable to assume that this cost cutting might well extend into other areas of the game. In the second sentence above the word 'complicated' might well be replaced with 'expensive.' If we don't see more cinematics it may not be the result of a lack of will on the part of the creative people at Blizzard, but rather cost cutting efforts on the part of the bean counters at Activision.
“Old Gods that we've fought before should be considered "dead"-- unless there is a really good opportunity for them to appear again.”....Uh oh. That doesn’t sound good. But if it means we’ll be hearing about Y’Shaarj again, I’m all for it
I reckon they'll pull a fast one on us with the possible Lich King 2.0 expansion and bring back Yogg'Saron to lead into a N'zoth expansion. As for the druid stuff, I'm really glad it was brought up as it was something I was arguing withmyself about earlier: do I xmog into a staff that matches my set and looks rad or do I swallow my pride and wield those ugly ass daggers? I think an easy solution is for them to add a glyph vendor that unlocks more appearences as you do with the weapon. That way you can transmog your weapon and change your cat/bear form as you please.
A codex sounds neat - but I'd hope it was account-wide.
I love the codex idea. I hope it makes it in game!
That fire mage answer makes me stupid angry. A) It was still a major part of the visual fantasy of Legion, even if it was tied to the ability, and B) fire mage still has that ability. These reasons don't explain why they were completely removed from the artifact and the ability.
Just add a new tab in appeareance for some spell like druid form and allow transmog for demon, totem, spell and druid formFor example a warlock could mog its incinerate with green fire but not rain of fireA warrior could chose his animations for charge And so on
The Sargerite Keystone straight up says "allows travel to any and all *legion* worlds". Azeroth isn't a legion world.
Codex sounds pretty cool. Would love to see something like that implemented!
