Soul of the Deathlord Gain one of the following talents based on your specialization:
Blood: Foul Bulwark
Frost: Gathering Storm
Unholy: Bursting Sores

Soulflayer's Corruption Blood Plague gains 100% increased damage and healing.

Cold Heart (Works for both Frost and Unholy) Every 2 sec, gain a stack of Cold Heart, causing your next Chains of Ice to deal (100% of Attack power) Shadowfrost damage. Stacks up to 20 times.
If Chains of Ice is used when you have 20 stacks of Cold Heart, the target will also be stunned in a block of ice for 4 sec.

Demon Hunter

Soul of the Slayer Gain one of the following talents based on your specialization:
Havoc: First Blood
Vengeance: Fallout

Chaos Theory Blade Dance has a 10% chance to grant you Chaos Blades for 6 sec.

Oblivion's Embrace Demon Spikes and Empower Wards gain 1 additional charge.

Druid

Soul of the Archdruid: Gain the Soul of the Forest talent:
Balance: Soul of the Forest
Feral: Soul of the Forest
Guardian: Soul of the Forest
Restoration: Soul of the Forest

Radiant Moonlight Full Moon becomes Full Moon once more before resetting to New Moon.

Behemoth Headdress Finishing moves extend the duration of Tiger's Fury by 0.5 sec per combo point spent.

Fury of Nature While in Bear From, you deal 30% increased Nature and Arcane damage, and are healed for 30% of all Nature and Arcane damage done.

Chameleon Song Wild Growth has a 15% chance to grant you Incarnation: Tree of Life for 12 sec.

Hunter

Soul of the Huntmaster Gain one of the following talents based on your specialization:
Beast Mastery: Bestial Fury
Marksmanship: Lock and Load
Survival: Serpent Sting

Celerity of the Windrunners Windburst grants you 15% Haste for 6 sec.

Parsel's Tongue Cobra Shot increases the damage done by you and your pets by 1% and your leech by 2% for 8 sec, stacking up to 4 times.

Unseen Predator's Cloak Gain 10% increased critical strike chance against enemies burning from your Explosive Trap.

Mage

Soul of the Archmage Gain one of the following talents based on your specialization:
Arcane: Temporal Flux
Fire: Flame On
Frost: Frozen Touch

Mantle of the First Kirin Tor Arcane Barrage has a 10% chance per Arcane Charge consumed to launch an Arcane Orb in front of you.

Contained Infernal Core Casting 30 Fireballs or Pyroblasts calls down a Meteor at your target.

Shattered Fragments of Sindragosa Casting 15 Frostbolts or Flurries calls down a Comet Storm at your target.

Monk

Soul of the Grandmaster Gain one of the following talents based on your specialization:
Brewmaster: Mystic Vitality
Mistweaver: Mist Wrap
Windwalker: Chi Orbit

Doorway to Nowhere Essence Font has a 20% chance to summon Chi-Ji for 15 sec.

Stormstout's Last Gasp Keg Smash gains 1 additional charge and deals 25% increased damage.

The Wind Blows Strike of the Windlord has 20% reduced cooldown and makes your next Blackout Kick cost no Chi.

Paladin

Soul of the Highlord Gain one of the following talents based on your specialization:
Holy:
Protection: Holy Shield
Retribution: Divine Purpose

Pillars of Inmost Light Eye of Tyr deals 300% increased damage and has 25% reduced cooldown.

Scarlet Inquisitor's Expurgation Every 2 sec, gain 6% increased damage to your next Divine Storm, stacking up to 30 times.

The Topless Tower Light of Dawn has a 10% chance to grant you Avenging Wrath for 8 sec.

Priest

Soul of the High Priest Gain one of the following talents based on your specialization:
Discipline: Twist of Fate
Holy: Surge of Light
Shadow: Twist of Fate

Heart of the Void Void Eruption deals 300% increased damage and heals you for 40% of the damage done.

Inner Hallation Power Word: Radiance has a 35% chance to grant you Power Infusion for 9 sec.

The Alabaster Lady Prayer of Mending has a 15% chance to grant you Apotheosis for 8 sec.

Rogue

Soul of the Shadowblade Gain the Vigor talent.

The Curse of Restlessness Restless Blades reduces the cooldown of Curse of the Dreadblades by 0.25 sec per combo point spent.

The Empty Crown Kingsbane generates 40 Energy over 5 sec.

The First of the Dead For 2 sec after activating Symbols of Death, Shadowstrike generates 3 additional combo points and Backstab generates 4 additional combo points.

Shaman

Soul of the Farseer Gain one of the following talents based on your specialization:
Elemental: Echo of the Elements
Enhancement: Tempest
Restoration: Echo of the Elements

Fire in the Deep Healing Rain has a 15% chance to grant you Ascendance for 6 sec.

Smoldering Heart Enhancement: You have a 0.12% chance per Maelstrom spent to gain Ascendance for 10 sec.
Elemental / Restoration: You have a 0.20% chance per Maelstrom spent to gain Ascendance for 10 sec.

Warlock

Soul of the Netherlord Gain one of the following talents based on your specialization:
Affliction:
Demonology: Grimoire of Synergy
Destruction: Eradication

The Master Harvester Each Soul Shard you spend has a Demonology - 3% / Destruction - 6% / Affliction - 9% chance to grant you Soul Harvest for 8 sec.

Warrior

Soul of the Battlelord Gain one of the following talents based on your specialization:
Arms:
Fury: Massacre
Protection: Vengeance

Ararat's Bloodmirror Shield Block and Spell Reflection gain 1 additional charge.

The Great Storm's Eye Ravager increases your movement speed by 10% and your damage done by 4% for 6 sec, increasing periodically and stacking up to 6 times
Bladestorm increases your movement speed by 10% and your damage done by 6% for 6 sec, increasing periodically and stacking up to 6 times.

Valarjar Berserkers Rampage critical strikes against the primary target generate 6 Rage.

Note: due to hotfixes and other variables, these legendary rankings may change frequently at the start of 7.2.5.

Vengeance Demon Hunter

Players are reporting that the Mythic+ Weekly Chest is not currently granting Writhing Essence. The Instructor's Fourth Lesson Scourge Strike has a chance to burst an additional 1-31-2 Festering Wounds.

Tak'theritrix's Shoulderpads Dark Transformation also empowers your Gargoyle and Army of the Dead for 30 sec, increasing their damage by 30%.40%.

Demon Hunter

Achor, the Eternal Hunger Gain 50% leech while Blur is active.Vengeful Retreat heals you for 25% of your maximum health and grants you 20% Leech for 8 sec.

Mo'arg Bionic Stabilizers Throw Glaive deals 50%25% increased damage for each enemy hit.

Druid

Aman'Thul's Wisdom When your Rejuvenation heals a full health target, its duration is increased by 3 sec, up to a maximum total increase of 159 sec per cast.

The Emerald Dreamcatcher Starsurge reduces the Astral Power cost of your Starsurges by 7 for 35 for 5 sec. Stacks up to 2 times.

Hunter

The Mantle of Command Dire Beast gains 1 additional charge.Dire Beast increases the damage done by your pets by 5% for 8 sec.

Priest

Dejahna's Inspiration Plea increases your Haste by 2%1% for each target with your Atonement for 58 sec.

Kam Xi'raff Using Light's Wrath reduces the mana cost of your damaging spells by 75%spells by 50% for 1 sec, increased by 1 sec per ally affected by your Atonement.

Rogue

The Dreadlord's Deceit Every 2 sec, gain 35%25% increased damage for your next Shuriken Storm stacking up to 30 times.

Warlock

Feretory of Souls Casting a damaging Fire spell has a 10%6% chance to generate a Soul Shard.

Odr, Shawl of the Ymirjar Enemies marked by your Havoc take 8%15% increased damage from your single target spells.

Recurrent Ritual Call Dreadstalkers refunds 2 Soul Shards. 1 Soul Shard.

Warrior

Archavon's Heavy Hand: Now refunds 8 Ragecosts 8 less rage.

Will we be able to upgrade the crafted legendaries from 910 directly to 970 using the new essence, or will the crafted legendaries be bumped up to 940?Comment by SwiftHunterCrafted legendary are already 940 when crafted.

They better not be taking talents away to make up for the rings because that would be so over the top even for the idiots designing the current expansion. Second, we better be able to obtain the quest item in more than the Challenger's Cache, because again, total bull and they are not going to get away with forcing anymore crud on us, it is bad enough i see NO ONE on the isle, the Shaor at all at most any time of day or night. I have had the chests to myself all week at all times. As for the items we need to upgrade, i would HOPE they put them in WQ's and possibly in the EXALTED rewards because most players will not be able to start upgrading until ToS LFR. That gives the raiders the upper hand once again, even if they log on just to do raids while players like me sit and do all my stuff on 4-5 toons.
