Useful to play while you're waiting for people to accept you into key groups / raid groups as a pug.
I can see this having some use, if it doesn't pulled right away. Torghast was full of boring level designs and annoying enemies. Sure, it's bearable at level 70 (at least as a MM Hunter). Otherwise, that was just one of the biggest flaws of SL.
