Wowhead failed to report that Ensemble: Sargerei Commander's Lightbound Regalia is character bound and NOT account wide.The green one is account wide. I got the yellow one on my hunter, it is not available to mog on any other character.
Are these achievements per character or across all of your time runners? I've basically hit max level then started with a new alt. If per character, I need to figure out which one is the furthest along!

i have a feeling that many people are intimidated by the retail raid process, so they assume the remix one is as painful. It is not. It is easy, fast and requires minimal or even zero social interaction.
