Removing the sub cost for WoW when?
With the in-game cap of these per month you actually had to chose which of the items you wanted to go for that month, with the understanding that getting every item is not possible. If these get added to the shop, suddenly now every item is obtainable every month, you just have to pay for the ones above the monthly cap. This is such a scumbag move and will pressure some people to buy. Ruins the spirit of the system.
Don't you dare
And people upset over nothing already. So don't buy them. You don't need them anyway because the 1k you get in game free is enough to make you have to pick and choose. The system was not made for you to buy everything each month. If you want to then buy these packs but stuff will roll back around in time. Or you can freeze an item.
Oh for $%^&s sake. It really is just one step forward and two steps back. With this, they'll no doubt jack up the Trading Post prices and make the monthly tasks useless.
LOL I am so happy for this for one single reason: to annoy the dummies who spammed the comments saying tendies scarceness was a good thing. Now watch everyone buy everything after you starved yourself off of cool content to feel superior for a few months.(Just so I'm clear: no, this is not a good thing, and you should be able to buy everything in the Trading Post in a given month just by playing the game. That is the point of such a system. Making you choose one thing out of 12 by artificially starving you was never a good mechanic. Incoming 5000 tenders hat transmogs...)
Oh, who would have seen it coming?
There was a survey sent to select players recently, foreshadowing this. They asked about several things including the sale of tenders, and 14 different questions about various combination deals that included cosmetics, mounts, pets, virtual concerts, and Q&A sessions with developers. There were questions to gauge perception of micro transactions. One response option in particular was amusing: Micro transaction purchases show others that I'm an experienced player. Wait, what? I no longer have access to the questions, because the survey link stops showing them after completing the survey. But I did give my opinion: Micro transactions are the realm of Free To Play games, and Blizz shouldn't be milking subscribers with them.
Why do this so you can spite your players? you have something going so well for the players and then you try and take over it with this come on what are you insane?
DAMMIT Blizzard this was NOT the way most of us who wanted more Trader's Tender ment when we said it.
If it goes on the shop, blame everyone that cried and whined about wanting more tender each month.Greed gotta ruin a good thing.
This is a disgrace
So they literally add a feature that was designed to REWARD players for playing the game, making a positive encouragement program. NOW they see people enjoy it, so they're gonna throw a price tag on it. Big $%^&ing F in the chat.
Premium "battlepass" style trading post incoming. Zzzzzzzz
blizzard's greed has to just take a dump all over everything, every time.....
