Tier Sets in Shadowlands: Planned for Later Patch, Sanctum of Domination Armor To Use Maw Legendary Models

Any updates for Tier Sets in Patch 9.1?

Still a concept that we really like, and we think is super cool. For the sets in the Sanctum of Domination, these are going to be Domination themed. You've already seen some of them with the Legendary transmogs that are available in the game right now. We'll be adding weapon sets to those and make them available in all their colors as collectable armor sets finally. You'll be able to have a full Domination set. But expect to hear more about tier sets as we move into the future. Not for 9.1, but potentially for future patches.

Would there be a chance that the other datamined legendary tints would be available in a future patch?
That seems likely. We know that they're a really cool set and we want to get them in players' hands. As we learn more of the Maw's secrets, and the power that went into making these items, we'll probably have more opportunities to access things like that.

Are Tier Sets still planned for later on in the expansion?
Still planned for later on in the expansion. We'll have more details to announce when we get there. The art from them is well under way and they're going to be awesome. We're just as excited as players are to see their return.

You don't have to transmog an entire set you know.Comment by mazejakerWonder if they're going to pick one (whatever colour will be the Mythic tint) and amp it up a bit with additional details and effects, as the mythic gear usually has.
