There's no penalty for dying, just queue again, land somewhere remote and practice from there.
If they make this practice mode give rewards, it's going to massively inflate the queue times and make the early game of every match a sweat fest.

We're also getting Forbidden Reach 2.0, right down to the "you can't fly and also here's an OP ring that we're going to nerf into the ground in the next patch". Wonder if we now collect plunder in the game and use said plunder to buy stuff from the related store. No renown. Interesting change.
