I had the same exact thoughts! I don't think it will happen, mainly because of the lore. Dreadlords are infamous to both the Alliance and Horde. Something significant would have to happen to make it possible, but I genuinely don't think it will happen. I hope for more Dreadlords though, because they're fun.
I like the new models though I'm going to miss old Dreadlord models and their hilarious animations.
I love those twisty horns on some of the females. Super exited to see what happens with the dreadlords!

Just something I noticed, if you go into model viewer for the male dread lords, and go to "Death" animation, they get shrunk into a red ball of light that looks exactly like some kind of Revendreth anima orb thing. I think this might hint towards them being connected to Denathrius.
Damn are they fugly...
I would absolutely love to see these guys become a new neutral race like the pandaren and choose either alliance or horde. But sadly I don't think it will happen
