There's also a weird bug where if you get rezzed and take it at a very specific time between Intermission and P2, you basically have the crazy P1 Darkwell visual taking up the entire bit of usable space and can't see any of the actual P2 mechanics. It's exceedingly rare (and only really happened for us because we had a Holy Priest, which nobody will run) but it was extremely bizarre.We've seen that P2 bug once or twice across ~376 pulls, but those other two are news to me for sure.

Not on mythic, but likely happens there too. We've had a couple times now where the order was correct for the memory game and wiped anyway. Really frustrating. Especially when our group has so little margin for error (10m) and even doing it right killed us.
You can add phase 1 glaives not respecting physics when bouncing off walls. We had cristals bouncing on wall (not pillar) and coming back from the direction they came from... cristal coming from left of player bouncing on the right of the player and instead of going away it comes back in the direction of the player, basically not respecting simple snooker physics.
Bugs in this game? Say it isn't so!
Really annoying boss to progress on mythic. Good job on no weakauras Blizzard. It's baffling to me that no bug fixes or nerfs hit this yet, and the Hall of QA testing is almost closed.
Our guild also had a bug with people not transitioning to phase 2 (augmentation evoker who did not die, holy priest due to guardian spirit).We also had a wipe since we somehow duplicated a crystal in p1 and we didn't figure out who missed one (hint: noone).
This boss is the worst thing that have happened to the game for the past 10 years , literal nightmare and guild breaker to progress it. For months now barely 145 guilds have killed it and still no notable nerfs to this horror...
I refuse to even participate in attempting this boss. Such a complete cluster%^&* of boss design, essentially requiring an external addon when Blizz explicitly said they would be designing fights without addons in mind. Clowns.
Had a bug in my raid where people were dying to "Dimension Breach" despite us all being on the same side as well in Mythic (P3).
"Around a 300 pull boss" when HoF guilds take anywhere between 350 and 500 pulls to kill it while overtiming to 5 and even 6 days is quite the misleading statement.
Every patch this boss break because of a bug.
Invisible Glaives also still VERY rarely happen to people. L'ura is such a love/hate Boss. The Bugs + It's genuinely a fun/good fight, but at the same time it is also a glaring beacon of everything Blizzard ever said about Bosses since post-Shadowlands just.. not even being respected by them.Approaching 10 Minutes of a fight, Visual Color diversity basically nonexistant (swear to god, sometimes spotting melee glaives when they go through the boss and through crystals feels just plain impossible, AddOn (not required, but "required"), once again a "1 Mistake = Raid whipe" design.
