Continuing the trend from previous seasons, Ulria has compiled a new spreadsheet to help players decide the best targets for Power Infusion and estimate the DPS increase from acquiring Midnight Season 1 tier sets!

Please note that this sheet presents a comparison of work done by a wide variety of different players, which is constantly changing. With no centralized authority, some of it will a work-in-progress that is immediately outdated due to changes or bug fixes, while others could be actively manipulated, second-hand, or otherwise unreliable. For this reason, the sheet should be taken as a novel overview rather than a concrete ranking.

Ulria has put together similar tier set bonus spreadsheets over the last several seasons, helping players and their groups determine how much power is gained by each specialization to help groups decide how best to allocate loot... which is very difficult since no centralized authority exists.
All of the actual work is done by individual communities and theorycrafters, which does not always present a fair comparison if one puts in much more effort than another. As players with limited information on the inner workings of the game, there's only so much we can do to validate or confirm behavior and bugs exist on both ends. These reports are also gathered from various unnamed sources, without any validation of the information within, and we are still very early in the expansion cycle, so everything is still subject to change. Frost mage has always been horrible to PI - what are you going to do? Overcap shatter stacks even faster?
More haste mean more procs genius :)

a list for non-pro who think they are pro so they can take 10-15 minutes to form a group with the "perfect" specs for their average +12 keys
This has nothing to do with keys, particularly because keys aren't even out yet. Knowing who benefits most from PI is already helpful towards optimizing raid damage.
im saying that there's a problem every season in m+ and the content of this post is one of the reasons. But since you brought raid to the table, unless you're world first or hall of fame kind of player, those charts mean nothing, and yet a looot of players follow it like religion. Which brings us to the problem i pointed out: elitism. Most recent example was people requiring 240 ilvl and bloodlust/heroism for m0 pre season dungeons
