Developers' notes: While iterating on itemization feedback, we discovered that the Buster Cannon's effect had been tuned low. This should make it more competitive with other ranged weapons at similar item levels. Maybe hunters are not a popular option in the current meta, rightfully or not.
However, if I look at the first ten hunters on raider.io, 9 on 10 are BM hunters.
