There is some quest dialog which reads "How can I save you, if I can't even save myself" - this is a Stabbing Westward lyric from the song "Save Yourself" (This happens in Bastion however).

There's a loose Kasabian reference also; Reason is Treason (although Kasabian didn't coin the term).
