You may want to correct two typos in the title of this article: Norzdormu and Morozond These should be spelled "Nozdormu" and "Murozond". Looks like this affects the title only, everywhere else in the article it looks correct.
I wouldn't be surprised if we see in an upcoming cinematic Nozdormu's transformation into Murozond in a scene that visually mirrors the shots of Neltharion's calling upon the Old Gods in Legacies. They love doing visual callbacks like that.
Ok... I don't care how busy people get. In any form of journalism your title at the very least should be proofread.
I'm not convinced that Noz will become Moro. Time seems to be this device to show us futures that will come to pass and ones that do not. The End time instance shows us a time where Noz does become Moro, but it never implies that he was of more than one timeline. We kill him in a time that did not come to pass, but what Noz says after we defeat him is "my future self will cause no more harm." this means Mur is gone for good, at least perhaps until it comes to pass that he in the current time line does become that, but cant effect the present. Not only that but could it be that just as Noz is of many different time lines there are many different outcomes of his life? If time is written in stone then yes he will become Moro, its just a matter of when. But if its a possible future then its not a guarantee. The real question comes down to is: does Norzdormu have free will that can change his path, like the mortal races? if yes, then his path "may" lead to becoming Moro, if no then he is on course already. But if he does then perhaps he can choose to avoid it. Though he may find himself doing it anyways. If his duty as the keeper of time is to do nothing, then he is more imprisoned by his gift then any other aspect. Overall his destiny may yet be rewritten, or it may be infinite. The power of time is perhaps too much a curse then a blessing. But we will see what might happen. Perhaps him becoming Morozond is really the best timeline.
Of course Nozdormu is already Murozond. He always was, is and will be Murozond just as Murozond always was, is and will be Nozdormu. They are the same person. I think we'll learn that whatever the actual transition from bronze dragon to infinite dragon is is much less important than we'd think. I hope we get some more of the amazing time travel stories that WoW did before Warlords.
Huh, had no idea Emberthal's female.
I don't think Murozond will be the final bad guy if the xpac and I hope he isn't even a bad guy at all these videos were more about old gods and people being free to chose their destiny than anything it appears Neltharion Chose to accept the old gods power and Azshara CHOSE the power as well maybe you don't just "get corrupted" maybe you have to like fully accept the old gods but everyone we know from old God corruption grew extra body parts and eyes and stuff Murozond didn't grow anything he's just a different color so maybe he doesn't turn by old gods maybe it's the titans and maybe this time instead of us fighting him we help him cause I've been saying since Legion that the Titans were bad/shady and the more we learn the more evil they start to look also I don't think the old gods are "purely evil" but I wouldn't call then the good guys either more of a lesser evil than the titans we are just programmed to fear/hate/attack them by the titans
I don't even know who Murozond is. :(
I used to love all these different theories, but after GoT last season and Shadowlands I just expect well-written storylines with subtle clues to lead to absolutely nothing. I have lost faith. I dread to imagine how great the lore could be, if it wasn't affected by forced patches and expansion deadlines. I always have the distinct feeling that the story is being altered, and we're not getting what we were originally meant to see. That being said I am still curious about the story. I just don't expect it to be anything else than linear storytelling. It would be nice to see how and why the colours transform when he creates the infinite dragonflight, though.
"Can you ever kill a God?" asked Chamberlain, looking down at the corpse. "Only a lack of believers can truly cause a God to fade away." replied Simione."If that were true, then how did Gods come into existence then, before there were any believers?" countered Chamberlain. "I don't know", responded an exasperated Simione "I'm a warrior, not a philosopher".
100% gonna see nozdormu transform this xpac calling it now
Unlikely - since currently everything leads to the idea that the thing which breaks Nozdormu is losing his faith in the Titans and being susceptible to the void, and Legacies Nozdormu still speaks in a reverent manner towards them. Unless Murozond is a great actor, and for some reason wants the Dracthyr to also view the titans in a positive light only, it makes more sense he'd have instead turned them against the dragonflights.Even so, you could say he's just playing 5D chess. Instill the same sense of reverence and trust in the titans that the dragonflights have, to enable the dracthyr to also suffer a major blow to their trust and worldview when the titans are revealed to have lied and acted maliciously at times, not being the benevolent and kind gods everybody was tricked into seeing them as.
