Learn Legion Skinning if you haven't:
Skin any Legion mobs for Stonehide Leather Sample or Stormscale Sample (either quest counts);

If you picked up Stonehide Leather Sample, skin mobs for 10 Stonehide Leather (or purchase them from the AH) - This is not needed for Stormscale Sample;

Complete either quest to learn Legion Skinning,

Now, only if Blizz would change previous xpacs world bosses having ridiculous rotation and simply make them ALL spawn each week. It's just some xmog and/or very low drop chance of other collectibles anyway. There's not much reason to grab this today beyond just having it, much like the alchemy drop from the spider world boss in legion.Comment by AedionMorrisYour reminder once again that we need to never, ever, ever, go back to an 11 week world boss rotation when the bosses have things such as unique artifact appearances and unique profession recipes. Alchemist here who played in Legion and remembers when Na'Zak the Fiend literally did not spawn for multiple months and people thought he was bugged, it turned out he was, and 2 full rotations happened where people couldn't get the recipe.Comment by Voyle~~a positive comment section on wowhead ! that's more rare than this world boss :)~~
