Didn't blizzard forget to add a dropchance? When one has made their progress they desire and said legendary is going to be obsolete in a few weeks?Comment by hazmaxedWhile I don't have this weapon and will probably never get it, I would gladly forgo these buffs and have them remove the 3 second channel "stun" for using it.
