Discovered there was a bug that caused this toy to prevent you from being pulled up for Xav's Blood and Glory. Much to my Guildmate's disgust. Pretty sure that's been patched though
Not sure if its been patched yet, but if you use the vial of the sands while playing the harp your dragon starts headbanging. The real reason to use this toy
You can use this while hearthing.
I was very disappointed a couple weeks ago when they patched it so that this can't be used in Raid instances anymore :( that was the primary place I intended to use it, while everyone is eating and discussing strategy.
You forgot to mention its functionality with the Sandstone Drake,Neryssa. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Also may want to note that if you've looted the toy before you cannot help someone else get the toy as the harp/drum can no longer be interacted with
