I can’t for the life of me understand why the dev team hates Survival hunter so much.
WHYYYYYY remove long arm when just adjust it. Remove horse it @#$%ing suck. Make long arm of the law 45% movement speed for 4 seconds and judgment 6 seconds cd. idk wtf these class designs are doing honestly.
You forgot to add the druid changes to this post right?.. right? :(
I really don't understand why there are so many nerfs to cd's on the hunter tree. Plus deadly duo being over in the aoe area of the tree still does not make sense since there's no reset for bomb besides kill shot. There needs to at least be some sort of system/ cycling of abilities for hunter so it does not just turn back into mongoose bite spam + kill command in pve content. Also, why are hunters the only class with &*!@ty extra talents below the capstones, just mix them into the capstone. It is such a bad design to get a capstone and then have to put more points below just for it to be a viable capstone point to use. In my opinion there just needs to be more fusion between spells that matter for surv to be good (the best change so far for surv was the green bomb applying poison). Lastly please put vipers venom somewhere else. Looking at the general tree makes me laugh. Choosing the raid buff guess what they made the meaningful effects of the raid ability a choice node XDDDD how is this a thing? The hunter general tree looks so #$%^ing bad now it is so sad. Surv is doomed without like 18 more blue posts, its confirmed BM jail is where we will reside this expansion.
After the great success of druids in 9.2 and seasons 3 and 4, we feel Druid is fine-Blizzy
Plz tell me druid wasn't just left in the dust randomly. Feral needs a good amount of work and for the love of God plz atleast allow starfall to stack for boomy. Also while im already complaining give us more Astral power generation with dots as boomy. All that being said I will say I'm greatful for all the continued effort to listen to feedback and adjust other classes talents.
Looking forward to more Druid changes, particularly Resto which now looks very bare compared to shaman and other healers. In particular Resto Druid dps seems really awkward and needs a good think. 1 GCD just to enter moonkin/cat is quite hard in dungeons. There needs to be some dps talents in the Resto Druid tree to make things flow a bit nicer. Such as starfire/rake automatically shifting you into the appropriate form for Resto.
Still no changes about DH*waiting*
Rank 2: Hammer of Wrath has 4 extra charge and increases Holy damage done by 4% for 10 sec, stacking 3 times. There HAS to be a typo in this, I refuse to believe they'd give us FIVE charges of Hammer of Wrath.
Buffs to Glacial Spike are nice and all, but unless they make some major adjustment to the entire Frost spec tree, it's not gonna be able to compete with the Icy Propulsion build. There's literally one option that is being pushed in the entire spec tree (if you want to remain "viable") and that option is the one we're currently playing in Shadowlands. They could try and make Glacial Spike reduce Icy Veins cooldown by 5 seconds like other people suggested (each critical hit of icicles reduces the cooldown of IV, 5 icicles = 5 sec cd reduction), but I'm not sure how much that would help and if it would actually be enough.
Do people honestly think that posting in the comments on a fan site asking Blizzard to release more information for their class is productive?
Echo of the Elements - Does this grant an extra charge to Cloudburst (if this is picked over HST)?Also - Cloudburst Cooldown changed from 30 sec recharge to 45 sec recharge. This means I need to try to get to the Totemic Surge (2 points = 4s reduction) + another 1 point travelling there. Hmm, could always be worse I guess. At least there is the option to instead try Call of the Elements if you're far right rather than left. Will need to see what works, per dungeon. And after reading the dev note, I agree I would rather cast a more powerful spell than a weak one often. Now just make Undercurrent 1 point, so I can get 3 capstones :)
Why did they remove long arm of the law "because we want to focus on divine steed as paladin's movement" if Blessing of Freedom has a movement ability?Still pretty unhappy with the direction of Paladin, hopefully they fill it out more over the coming weeks. SO many boring passive talents, exactly as they promised not to do with the new talent trees. Like, this is EXACTLY why they boiled them down in the first place. It's really bad, that they've run out of ideas before even finishing the trees.EG Paladins have 2% haste, and 2% mastery, and yes spend another point on 2% armor and 2% crit... and lets not forget a 2point talent to reduce steed CD by 1 sec each point. Embarrassing design tbh. Whomever is working on Pally in the dev team NEEDS HELP. BLIZZARD PLEASE SEND THEM HELP.
When will they adress demon hunters? This is getting tiresome.
