Many players skipped March of Quel'Danas Heroic and went straight into Mythic Voidspire and have not been back to pick up the buff since then.

After defeating Belo'ren, the quest giver for the buff disappears, so guilds who have been extending L'ura won't ever see the quest giver.

Forgetting that each raid has a different raid buff that needs to be obtained.
