Gealth and damage cap in this PTR may and should and will be capped at around 2,147,438,647, if it were to exceed the limit, then it would overflow to -2,147,438,648. That may be the 32-bit signed float int to avoid overflow just like in World Of Warcraft and Final Fantasy XIV as it may transition from 64-bit double int to 32-bit signed float int for health and damage, just like World of Warcraft.
