This was literally harmless... Why?
This was a stupid and unnecessary "fix", and I'm having a hard time imagining a reasonable justification for it. With all the problems Remix has had and continues to have, it's asinine that they spent effort here. The cynical part of me expects that it's because full cross-faction queing might be a selling point in a future update, and they want to be able to promote it. Maybe I'm too jaded, but I wouldn't be surprised if that's why they shut it down.
Why are they spending time on this and not things that help players, like weapon arsenals?
Stupid… just get rid of faction restrictions l. The moment you opened up guilds to both factions it should have been gone.
Terrible, terrible change. I bet this was the same guy at Blizzard that tried to make bosses scale harder the more gear you have.
LITERALLY, WHY!WHO ASKED FOR ANY OF THESE “FIXES”?STOP PLAYING THE DOG*!@# GAMEMODE.
Fun detectedFun exterminated*shotgun reload sound*
ummm, why? Like with some many changes to Remix. Just why?
An explanation from the Dev Team is required. Clearly, on a technical level, it is very much possible to queue up with a cross faction group > enter an instance > complete it. So at this point, other than the current method being a scuffed work around and not a suitable permanent method to access LFD exclusive content as a cross faction group, is the only thing standing in the way of people doing LFD content together a conscious decision by the Dev Team? That sucks. For remix of course but also on live, not being able to do Timewalking dungeons/raids with a cross faction guild unless everyone is playing characters on the same faction sucks. It shouldn't be like this. If a fully premade group wants to do LFD content together (in Remix's case off continent Heroic Dungeons, on Live TW) there is no reason for the game to be telling players "no you can't do that". Partial groups of 1-4 players aside, there is zero reason behind not letting a full premade of 5 queue for a dungeon together just because the group is cross faction.
Just why?Why put resources into a fix for a thing that hurts absolutely no one......instead of, say, fixing bugged ensembles?
Yeah, good move Blizz (not)Because my Horde character doing a raid with an Alliance character is so against the nature of Mists of Pandaria, where both factions worked together to bring Garrosh down.Seriously guys, is this some sort of psychological experiment to throw as much crap at the playerbase to see how long it will be before they break?Kind of glad I'm almost done with the collecting I wanted to do.
You can enter the 3 off pandaria dungeons anyway, ontop of the Mogushan Palace. The lorewalker room.
There is something not right with them. Did they fire all of the people who actually knew how to create wow content? I seriously don't understand what is going on but since they did their layoffs I feel like now they are just absolutely clueless.
I genuinely don't care about this change because I do not play w/ a cross-faction friend, but I can't help but wonder... why? Literally what's the point for this change? It makes absolutely no sense considering raiding / guilds / communities are cross-factions. Why would you spend time and effort to "fix" something that is not broken and that will literally only annoy players without bringing any positives. I just don't understand tbh
If it wasn't announced and it's actively opposite to the philosophy of what they're doing in retail AND nobody was mad about it, I'm not sure it was a "fix" per se...
Mists of Pandaria Remix is not Classic; It's Remix! This change wasn't needed at all.
