ok, shadowlands next year confirmed. stay safe
I wouldn't be bothered for another delay because of this. Of course, I hope they all stay safe.
I'm glad we got the prepatch stuff in. I know not everyone will be happy with continued delays, but the stuff you can do with alts right now is a fair amount to keep most players tided over I think. I don't mind waiting, especially when stuff like this is popping up.
Regardless of how I feel about the devs choices when it comes to the game, I really hope everyone is safe and makes it through this. Praying for the best.
Blizz delay Shadowlands into 2021.It is clear the year itself does not WANT you to release it!To all Blizzard employees stay safe and good luck!
For Emperor's sake, give it a rest 2020...
Yikes! I hope everyone is safe! These fires are insane!
Stay safe! I would not mind SL to be delayed again.
Good luck to them all, really. I know this has to be a pretty terrifying time.

RemovedEither way, hope everyone is safe... 2020 is the worst for everything.
Here's hoping that all the evacuees have homes to go back to when the fire is brought under control/burns out. It puts an incredible amount of stress on you when you are away from your home as raging fires burn around it, since you can't see what is happening and don't know whether it is still standing or has been consumed. We have people here in Oz that are still trying to recover from the infernos of last summer, even those whose houses were saved. If the game is delayed further it's delayed further - that's nothing in the scheme of things when people's properties and lives are on the line.Give a shout out to the brave firefighting crews who have had a very rough year in 2020 in the U.S.A. and Australia, they do an incredible job trying to keep communities safe under extremely hazardous conditions at times. Hopefully those team members who suffered third degree burns in this blaze recover, my thoughts are with them.
I don't think this has an impact on the new SL release date as there's just some balancing and "cleanup" stuff left. The rest is done. If anything, then this may have an impact on Diablo 4 and OW 2.
Stay safe everyone. Most will understand if Shadowlands doesn't release by EOY due to these wildfires.
I could see the smoke from work/home a few cities away. Hope they keep it under control, there's a LOT of people who live in the area.
