Honestly a break was needed with all of the controversy, veteran employee turnover and quite honestly lackluster announcements and games the last 3 years. Shadowlands has been meh, Overwatch 2, while I plan on purchasing and playing, doesn't look to be the game-changing revitalization of the series Kaplan first talked about before he jumped ship.I'm really hoping BlizzCon can come back strong. I've never been able to attend so me and my wife/friends purchase the digital ticket and it's always an awesome couple of days of non stop panels. I think they should be really careful in how they implement it and honestly I'd rather wait longer for more information/announcements/panels than a rush job. When you bring it back, bring it back strong with both plenty to showcase and plenty of kick ass panels. Please bring back blizzcon staples like "Stay Awhile and Listen" etc. Voice actor panels, etc. Darin de Paul is a MUST!
Part of me wishes I had gone to it way back then. In the Wrath or Legion era. Back when Blizz still had that shine.
Honestly it's going to be interesting about the vibe this time. After all the controversies and sexual harassment suits I can't imagine fans are going to act the same as years prior.
I had a lot of fun at the blizzcon's I've attended and I want to go again if it happens again.

TBH what they gonna show in 2023?only 10.0.5 or 10.1, Diablo 4 maybe, Diablo inmortal if it have some kind of DLC-thingie and OW2 Skins and seasons packs are the only things i can think they could show in a potential 2023 BlzCon, any help eith my list?

Can't wait. Can see why they've not bothered, it takes a lot of planning and they don't want a repeat of the lockdown and pandemic restrictions.
Don't put developers on stage with a microphone this time. Don't try to sell us a mobile game you didn't even develop.
The real question is: is Blizzcon even relevant anymore?

Considering Blizzard is nothing like it was in the early blizzcon years it's a good thing if not only because of all the bull!@#$.Blizzcon is a celebration of the players that love their games and i'm certain noone wanted to show them much love last 2 years.I'm looking forward to how blizzcon will be "remade" and hopefully all poop has been purged from the company by 2023, including Bobby, he don't need another Yacht.
A celebration for a faded gaming giant to sniff its own farts and pat itself on the back, despite half a decade-at least- of stagnation, nepotism, scandals, tone-deaf PR disasters and malicious, incompetent greed? Sounds just like Blizzard, really.I see virtually no reason why this should come back, as there has been very little to celebrate of late. SC and HotS are braindead, OW2 looks like the most expensive game-patch in history, Diablo 4 is a long way off (unless they rush it, just like they seem to be doing with Dragonflight) and Immortal is the embodiment of everything wrong with the company, Hearthstone is even more p2w than ever and WoW only has the initial hype/rush for Wrath going for it: SL wasn't quite BFA-tier bad, but it was close, and singlehandedly butchered what was left of the fans goodwill with its writing, its grind and the sheer scale of its borrowed power abuse, to the extent they've had to specifically promise that the next expansion-which they pulled devs out of SL to begin, a la Warlords and Legion- will have none of it.Sorry, but Blizzard do not get to have a celebration until they prove worthy of such again. I get Blizzcon is for the fans as much as them and it's a fun event, but given the cost of living issues and the sheer scale of what's gone wrong at the company I'd rather they spend the time taking a long, hard look at what they want to be, and want to create, instead of learning absolutely nothing from the final years of Bobby Yachtman and continuing blundering on, like a blind man proclaiming he can still see by walking into traffic.

If it's brought back it needs to find its roots again and start small again. When it's active let both in person and virtual participants submit ideas for future growth. The biggest lacking aspect has been that it was never global. A smaller "main feature" with 3-4 smaller venues as well as "pub meets" where players can meet in pubs and similar venues would spread out the audience more globally, and then also spreading the people from Blizzard across all these places would make more players feel like they matter...
