It's a better mount but still not worthy of a 500 mount AV, there is nothing special about it that signals "this madman collected 500 mounts!", there should really be a better mount or at least a more special kind of armor on the otter which signals the AV. This way it looks almost like a rep or pvp mount.

I'm north of 700 mounts... Shouldn't they have more achievment?
People "complaining" it's just another otter mount, you're not wrong, but consider that we've already come from an outdated MoP yeti skin recolor to this. It's something and it's better than what they tried to give us.
Make 500 achieve reward pirate dragon from Tazavesh. This is just just a recolor of the other otter mounts inc in DF. Please stop making store mounts more impressive than this type of feat. Thanks for listening
This is a step in the right direction, 100% better than the yeti. However, seeing as how the hardcore mount collectors will get this "just" by logging in, it does not give any of the ol' feeling of chasing a hard to get achievement. If they were to add a 600 and a 700 mount achievement that would be even better, maybe even an 800 mount achievement. They haven't added anything in this department since Legion if not mistaken so 500 is BfA's mount achievement, 600 should have been Shadowlands and 700 should have been Dragonflight.
Yeah that doesn't look like a collection achievement mount. It looks like a mount from a rare or reputation. It doesn't look even somewhat unique compared to the other otters.It being better than the yeti doesn't make this okay.
I do LOVE it but I do also find it odd it can't fly for being a 500 mount achiev, especially when they did leave out 450. I don't mind that it's a recolor because most of these achiev mounts are.But if it was a 2 seater, or could fly, or both, that would definitely sell me 100% on this.

I'm surprised by all the strong opinions. Yeti was fine. This is fine too.I don't think it needs to be super-unique and prestigious. I have 500 mounts. I wasn't doing it for the achievement, that's just a bonus on the way.
No, no, no, it's just another scam. Why is it impossible to give a UNIQUE mount, and not another recolor from 6 (!) future or not too mounts? "Wow, he has 500 mounts... oh no, he just knocked another 0.01% off the mob and I don't care?"
And here goes my hope that thought we will receive SL Gladiator alike mount for those who don't PvP. Sadge...
They should make it the stormcrow mount thats been in the files since mists of pandaria

All these unique datamined mounts that never made it into the game, and we get another rep-grind recolor for such a big achievement... at least make it bright pink or something so it stands it from the other otter mounts...or better yet - just give us the Stormcrow already :) I am no longer asking :))
