Basically, this gives your Hands 2 charges like Roll

So, for example, you hit Hand of Freedom once. That first charge is on CD and Hand of Freedom is still available to you since you have 1 more charge.

Clicking it again will use the second charge and the first charge's CD is what you'll be waiting for next.

Once the first charge's CD is up, it goes to work on the second charge starting at 25sec.

Every Hand's recharging CD is based on the spells usual CD. Hand of Protection's is 5 mins for example.

i think the machanism of

DK runes,
Roll,
Shield Block, Double Time,
Savage Defense,
Conflagrate, Hand of Gul'dan(Chaos Wave), Demonic Slash, Demonic Gateway,
Angelic Feather and
Clemency

(or is there any others?) are similar.
so can anyone explain what's the cd of these "2/3 charges" system spells? (the cd of Angelic Feather, Demonic Gateway, Double Time and Clemency are clear)

Icy Veins says "Clemency gives each of your Hand spells 2 charges", but here and in game the tooltip excludes Lay on Hands. If LoH is excluded, then imo Unbreakable Spirit is of more use to a ret pala out of all those 3 talents.
I should try it out, instead of posting. But I'm so lazy. Maybe someone less lazy knows?

This talent is amazing for Holy Paladin PVE. You can essentially give defensive CD's to the tanks with minimal damage-cost to yourself which can be used every minute if needed (up to a point). I use it like this:

Hand of Sacrifice on the tank, then immediately Hand of Protection and Divine Protection myself. Now the tank is taking 30% less damage, and I am taking none of their transferred physical damage and only 60% of their magic damage.

As early as 1 minute later, I can use the second Hand of Sacrifice on the tank, and the second Hand of Protection on myself (both Forbearance and Divine Protection are now off cool-down and can be used again). Once again I take no transferred physical damage and 60% of the magic damage.

Another minute later, the first Hand of Sacrifice is off CD, can be used again and I can bubble/Divine Shield myself, thus avoiding all physical/magic damage transferred.

Three minutes later, the first Hand of Protection if off CD, and...well, you get the picture! I have successfully used this 6 times in a single boss fight, and it is amazing for helping out the tanks, not to mention saving mana for us poor healers! I love this ability!

It does not effect Lay on Hands. I just tested it. Just to confirm my post from 1012/11/04. Go ahead and dowrate this fact too lol

Despite the tooltip, it does not simply let you use hand of X twice before incurring cooldowns, it just adds another charge to it. Ie. If you use it twice it charges up one, and then charges the other, it does not charge both at once.

Probably cuz GC had a freakout when he realized he gave paladins something viable and worse yet, something aimed at MAGES, of all the horrors! /sarcasm
